Snack Ideas When You Have Diabetes

  • 2 rice cakes with 1 T peanut butter
  • 2 plums
  • ½ c. sugar free ice cream
  • ½ c. oatmeal with ¼ cup of chopped nuts
  • ¼ c. low fat cottage cheese with ½ cup peaches, lite and drained
  • 3 Lindt chocolates
