(Serves 2)
2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
¼ c. diced celery
¼ c. raisins
¼ c. fat free plain Greek yogurt
1 T mayonnaise made with olive oil
¼ t salt
¼ t pepper
Optional stuffing ideas include: carrots, lettuce, sprouts.
In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Serve.
